Stopped by the sunrise festival today!

We all stood in a big man-made pingo for a photo op, and then wandered around and took pictures and such.

We were being told to hold the ice fishing poles just for the photo op, haha. They've been out for a few hours at a time for two days now and one fish has been caught so far.

This giant polar bear eating a fish ice sculpture was made on Monday.

The colours of the sky are impossible to replicate, the pinks and blues and lilacs are amazing.

This stuffed polar bear is a pretty cool dude. Compare it to the last time I met a polar bear:
